I now have the honour to transmit a copy of
letter from the Commander-in-Chief enclosing copies of
correspondence between himself and the Inspector-General,
from which it will be seen that full agreement has been
reached between them as to the best method of ensuring
cooperation between the British Navy and the Customs
in anti-piracy work.
